Custom Hybrid Circuits

Pace Technology, Inc. offers patented low-cost packaging concepts combined with value added circuit design review to provide Custom Hybrids with high yield and fully compliant functionality. We can satisfy your custom requirements from the earliest concept stage up through full production.

Solid State Power Controllers (SSPC) and Power Products

Pace Technology, Inc. produces the 90000 series of Solid State Power Controllers (SSPC) used as solid-state replacements for AC and DC power switches and circuit breakers. We also design and produce Motor Controllers, DC / DC Converters and Solid State Switches.

Opto - Electronics

Pace Technology, Inc. is currently producing Opto Couplers. These include single and multi-channel hermetically sealed, miniature surface mount and standard DIP/flatpack devices.
