Steve Pudles

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Pudles brings more then 25 years of electronics industry experience to API Technologies.  Most recently he served as President and CEO of Nu Visions Manufacturing and Executive VP of OnCore Manufacturing.  Previously, he has held senior management positions with Tanon Manufacturing, Electronics Associates, IEC and Restor Industries.  He has been a member of IPC's Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry (EMSI) Council since 1988; was an original member of the Assembly Market Research Council (AMRC) Steering Committee; and was the Chairman of the IPC Taskgroup that created the IPC-D-326 document defining the "Documentation Requirements for Printed Circuit Board Assemblies."  He also serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the IPC and is Chairman of the EMSI Council.  Mr. Pudles holds a Masters of Science in Managment and a Bachelor's in Engineering.

Harry Perry

Director of Engineering

Mr. Perry joined National Hybrid in 1984 where he spent the last 20+ years in Test Engineering, production and management.  He spent the majority of these years designing test fixtures, writing software, and creating new test methods to streamline production at National Hybrid.  In June 2008 he was promoted to the position of Director of Engineering.  Prior to joining National Hybrid, he was employed as an Electrical Design Engineer at Parker Gull.  He holds a BSEE degree.

Rainer Mohns

Director of Operations

Mr. Mohns has over 20 years experience in manufacturing management, quality, process engineering and test in the Military/Aerospace electronics industry. Prior to joining National Hybrid in 1999, Mr. Mohns held management positions at U.S. Dynamics and Circuit Technologies. He holds a degree in Electrical Technology.

Richard Ross

Director of Information Technology

Mr. Ross has over 17 years experience in the information technology field. His background consists of systems engineering, network administration, project management and information technology management. Prior to joining National Hybrid, Mr. Ross was Manager of Information Technologies for Comverse Infosys. He holds an MBA and certifications in both Microsoft and Novell.

Paul Kurland

Quality Control Manager

Mr. Kurland has been involved in electronics manufacturing for over 40 years. His background includes positions in
quality assurance management, project engineering, engineering management and program managment. Prior to joining National Hybrid, Mr. Kurland was Manager of Manufacturing Engineering for Optimax. He holds an MSEE degree.

Paul Lussardi

Controller

Mr. Lussardi has 10 years experience in Accounting. His background encompasses cost accounting, financial analysis and auditing. Prior to joining National Hybrid, Mr. Lussardi was Manager of Corporate Finance at Symbol Technologies. He holds a B.S. in Accounting.
